Dr Roman Cholij, owner of Cam Trade Marks & IP Services, will be delivering a lecture entitled “Well known marks - Well known law?” to approximately 70-100 trade mark attorneys and solicitors at the Royal College of Surgeons, Lincoln’s Inn Fields at 6.00 p.m. on 15 September 2009.

The lecture has been organised by the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA), the governing body of Trade Mark Attorneys in the UK as part of its programme of on-going education for registered trade mark attorneys. This is the first time Roman has been invited to be part of the education team for evening sessions for attorneys.

The lecture will be filmed and made available on the Institute’s website and a write-up of the talk published in the October edition of the ITMA review. Roman will also be delivering the same talk on behalf of ITMA in Manchester on 22 September for attorneys based in the northern regions.

ITMA is the official body of professionally qualified and registered trade mark attorneys numbering around 500 in the UK, and with 1600 members of various categories worldwide. More information can be found on www.itma.org.uk.
